Thanks for posting your question here. First things you want to look at are. 1. Has the device been updated recently? If not then update 2. Are the games downloads or Hard copies? If they downloaded the file may be corrupted and will need to be deleted and reinstalled 3. Is the SD card inserted fully ? Remove and reinsert My 3dsxl was doing the same thing when I was gone on a business trip and the only thing that seemed to fix it was updating the actual device .
It most modern vehicles you have to have a special tool to install stretch fit belts . Here is a link to one. https://www.amazon.com/Lisle-59370-Stretch-Remover-Installer/dp/B00AC60VEC
I have seen this before when Replacing screens on other notebooks and there have been a couple reasons one of the big ones is when the plug for the screen is reinserted if you are not using anti-static band it will short out something on the motherboard. I replaced a screen for a student on a Chromebook and was not using my anti-static band . I did however have the battery disconnected and it still happened. I sent it into dell for warranty work and that was what they said caused it to fail Luckily we do enough business with them they fixed it anyway. Other things I have seen is the cable being crimped and causing the cable to fail. Hope this helps. Good luck
