I’m not sure how old that unit is but I do know after spending many hours with my 2000 with the same issue(cycles barely push water out of the holes)that Bosch main pump impellers fail after 20 plus years and they know it so they discontinue making and selling them because otherwise they would last 40 years.An extremely smart move to require you to buy another unit.Finding the whole pump (not even the matching pump)all the impellers were the same and replacement is a snap once pulling out the pump that is. I agree with Scott King,a blockage is what i would first rule out,remember Bosch dishwashers are build for the European market where garbage disposals are not allowed thus their filter screens need to cleaned regularly because they don’t grind waste to drains.

I just went through completely rebuilding my shark steamer with great results. Two labels removed exposed hidden screws which were the key to accessing my steamer. Gently remove them using a razor blade or knife. HTH
