when you change sources on a tv , especially with a PS4 it connects via HDMI which uses Sony's Anynet device feature in the PS4, turning the source too and fro on HDMI can cause issues, as the sony anynet device inbuilt feature has some 9 volt power coming through that HDMI to your TV, happens with Sharp Aquos, and samsung Tv's also.
