Group 4's purpose is to revise a troubleshooting guide on iFixit for Intro to Tech Communication at Eastern Washington University.
Group 4 Team Members:
Kevin Looney is a Visual Communications Design major and is also pursuing the User Experience Design certificate. He transferred from Seattle Central College, and has experience working for design firms and an online customer service center. He is talented at leadership, problem solving, and researching.
Aubrey Sinden is a Visual Communications Design major and a Film minor. She is from Walla Walla, Washington, and she previously attended Walla Walla Community College for her AA degree and Trinity Western University for one semester. She is skilled at visual design, which she has been learning, as well as writing, and editing.
Elias Surface is a Human Resources Administration major. He is originally from Bee Branch, Arkansas but moved to Chewelah, Washington at a relatively young age. He is hoping to minor in Technical Communications and his strengths include proofreading and editing. He hopes to improve his design skills.
Anna Holdener is a Business Management major originally from Black Diamond, Washington. She is a natural leader with strengths in design and rhetoric and a background in reading and writing and takes Technical Communications to improve and refine her skillset.
