Happy with the outcome, not the process!

Meu Problema

My touchpad was not allowing me to select & drag anything. Even after opening my Macbook Pro to make sure the battery wasn't swelling and cleaning any dust/debris inside. It would respond to everything else.

Minha Solução

The repair went well, but it was a monster to put it back together. I was able to take everything apart in 30 minutes, but spent the next 2 hours trying to connect the connectors for the microphone & power.

Meu Conselho

Be very mindful of the connector to the microphone & power on the underside of the motherboard. Most of the connectors inside Apple laptops/desktops are unlike any PC's you may have experienced.
