Interrupteur bipolaire

  • La puissance de l'appareil étant comprise entre 600 et 1200W , l'interrupteur bipolaire (repère 2) doit supporter un courant entre 2,5 et 5A (1), ce qui est important au vu de sa petite taille. Les contacts peuvent se détériorer, leur résistance augmenter, la chaleur se dissiper dans l'interrupteur et finir par les calciner.

  • Si les contacts ont charbonné, la réparation consiste à les nettoyer avec une petite lime fine en serrant la lime entre les contacts avec une pince si besoin. Il faut s"assurer que la came (repère 1) ferme bien les 2 contacts en poussant franchement sur les lamelles.

  • Une amélioration peut être apportée en ajoutant un triac pour remplacer l'inter dan sa fonction de commutation de l'énergie, l'interrupteur ne servant plus alors que de commande. Cette modification est visible sur le schéma électronique dans la partie "comment ça marche"

Bipolar switch

Since the power of the device is between 600 and 1200W, the bipolar switch (marker 2) must support a current between 2.5 and 5A (1), which is important given its small size. When contacts deteriorate, their resistance will increase and the heat will dissipate in the switch and eventually burn them.

If the contacts have been fried, the repair will involve cleaning them with a small fine file by squeezing the file between the contacts with a clamp if necessary. Make sure that the cam (1) closes the two contacts well by pushing downright on the slats.

An improvement can be made by adding a triac to replace the inter responsible for energy switching; the switch will then only function as a control. This modification can be viewed on the electronic diagram in the "how it works" section.
