iRobot Roomba e5 Caster Wheel Replacement

This guide will show you how to access the caster wheel on the iRobot Roomba e5 so that it can be cleaned or replaced. Most of the time this wheel only needs to be cleaned. Debris may get caught not allowing the wheel to rotate. Often, hair gets caught in the wheel.

    • Use an opening tool to pry beneath the grey ring on each side of the wheel until it pops out.

    • Pull the wheel out of the vacuum.
