    • Place the blender to the side.

    • Remove the two highlighted screws with a Phillips #2 Screw Driver

    • Gently pull off the top.

My unit has something other than Phillips screws holding the top together. It appears to be an Allen head, not a torx, closest fit was a 2mm Allen wrench but that was still too small. What head could this be?
