Is your motor running but the drill is not turning? Replace those gears to start providing torque to your drill bit.

1. Passo 1 Disassembling Skil 88 Front Housing
  On the front of the drill, remove the three 2" flathead screws connecting the front housing to the rear housing.

  Pull the front housing apart from the rear.
  
  The motor and gears might fall out when you are pulling it apart.

  Remove gear from the divider and add the new gear.
