my printer is jamming overtime I try to print something. I have cleared paper jams from both the front and back, and it’s still doing it. Any ideas?
My D110a printer sometimes does this depending on the paper thickness. Thin paper jams more than thick paper, so I suspect that the rollers are getting slick and cannot grab the paper. I will try to open my own unit and see if they can be cleaned or recondition to eliminate the problem. I will post again if I can fix it!
The paper can be removed from the rear. The roller cover is removed by puling out the cover on the left side (as seen from the rear) and slides toward the left. The paper ca n be grabbed by hand. To replace the cover, slide the two plastic pins inward toward the right until they catch, then push the cover back from the left side.
