RCA RCT6378W2 Power Button Replacement

Introdução

Use this guide to replace the power button on your RCA RCT6378W2 if it is not functioning properly.

Verify that the power button needs to be replaced by ensuring that the device charger is functioning properly, and that the battery has a charge.

Before beginning, make sure the device is powered off.  This may require allowing the battery to drain if power cannot be shut off manually due to the malfunctioning power button.  Make sure the device is not connected to any external power source.

    • Remove two 2.4mm x 4mm screws from bottom of the tablet with Phillips #00 Screwdriver

    • Remove back cover with plastic opening tool to access the power button.

    • Install in reverse order of removal.
