    • Flip the headset face down.

    • Squeeze both sides of the battery cover.

    • While squeezing, pull the cover up slowly to remove it.

I created the article https://de.ifixit.com/Artikel/Battery_Pl... for a Silvercrest bluetooth transmitter, but I was not able to change the needed parts of this howto to link to that article.

I replaced the battery with a new battery, I cleaned all the connectors and I reset the base and the headset is still not working
