    • Orient the scooter so that the front wheel is facing you. Observe the right and left side of the wheel. Remember which is which throughout the guide.

    • Using an Allen wrench, unscrew the axle bolt slowly from the right side while applying a constant pressure with your hand on the left side of the bearing.

    • If the left side of the bolt turns while you unscrew the right side, you will need to use a second Allen wrench to prevent it from moving

    • If the bolt does not move at all, or moves very little, try applying a lubricant on as much of the screw as possible and try again in 5 minutes.

    • Carefully pull apart the bolt and bearing from either side of the wheel.

    • Find the axle bolt behind the shocks. It should look similar to the one used to remove the front wheel.

    • Remove the bolt in the same manner as the wheel. While applying pressure to the left side, unscrew the right using an Allen wrench.

    • If the left side of the bolt rotates when you attempt to unscrew the right, use a second Allen wrench to hold it in place.

    • If the bolt does not turn at all or does not turn easily, apply lubricant to the screw and try again in five minutes.

    • Remove the bolt and bearing and the black rubber stoppers. Remove the metal tube between the bolt.

    • Firmly grasp the metal piece that holds the wheel and gently pull it away.

    • The shocks should fall out naturally by themselves. This is normal and expected. If they do not, gently pull the shocks out of their holders.

    • A metal cylinder is located inside the spring of the shock. Do not lose this.

I’ve been looking and can’t find the part that would fit here. Does anyone have any suggestions for compatible parts? The link at the top doesn’t work.
