    • Slide the battery release latches to the unlock position.

    • Slide and remove the battery from the computer

    • Loosen the captive screw that secures the access panel to the base of the computer.

    • Slide the access panel towards the front of the computer.

    • Lift the access panel up and away from the computer.

    • Carefully spread apart the securing clips on each end of the memory module connector until the memory module pops up.

    • Remove the memory module from the connector.
