Introdução

If your phone cannot pair with your LifePrint 2x3 Bluetooth or your phone's Bluetooth service does not turn on the following guide can solve these connection problems. Follow these steps to pair the phone with your LifePrint 2x3 Bluetooth.

1. Passo 1 Bluetooth Pairing
  Turn on your LifePrint 2x3.
  
  Go to Settings in your phone and tap to enable Bluetooth.
  
  Place your LifePrint 2x3 to which you want to connect near your phone and in pairing mode. (See the manufacturer's user guide or quick start guide on how to do this).

2. Passo 2
  In your phone, go to Settings then Bluetooth and look for "Other Devices".
  
  Select the LifePrint 2x3 that you would like to pair with.

4. Passo 3
  If the device still does not connect with the your LifePrint 2x3, try removing the Bluetooth profile of your LifePrint 2x3, this can solve the Bluetooth connection problem.
  
  Go to Settings then Bluetooth and then press and hold the name of your LifePrint 2x3 and click "Forget This Device".
  
  If you cannot unpair your LifePrint 2x3 this way, check your phone’s User Guide for any additional procedures to remove existing profiles.

5. Passo 4
  Repeat steps 1 to 3.
  
  If the your LifePrint 2x3 does not appear on your Bluetooth list of devices then there may be a compatibility conflict. Check the compatibility of your LifePrint 2x3 with your phone with the manufacturer.
