Background
The Acer Aspire V3-771G comes in a variety of sub-models differing on the processor, GPU, RAM amount, and hard drive size installed in the laptop. Most models have a Windows 8 operating system preinstalled to the hard drive. The laptop also comes with a 17.3" screen.
This was a mid-range laptop costing around $900-1000 new, plus or minus some depending on the specifics of the technology. The weight of the laptop is approximately 7 pounds. With dimensions of 16.33" x 10.83" x 1.36".
In terms of looks, all sub-models have the same look of a black exterior, except around the keyboard which has been dropped a few millimeters from the height of the keypad, and has a silver-gray covering.
Identification
The main identifying information comes from the screen size, the gray keyboard all else black look, and the informational label adhered to the underside of the laptop. The V3 series laptop lineup, however, does contain the overall look and color scheme. This is where the label comes in handy to inform users on which V3 model they currently own.
