How can I fix e74, best option.

ialready have fixed overheating lights, it now has heat sinks on the hana and othe chip with the microsoft circle on it, it has new thermal paste and new thermal pads on the underside of the board, i heated it for a while with a hairdryer, this &#^#!* gets hot!, and kept the x clamp metal thingts on because screws kept it on overheating lights, please someone help. should i use an x clamp kit or just reheat with a heat gun

? and what is the benefits of screws and washers instead of using the x metal clamps. xbox 360, ben q, 2007 make.
