Does this phone has Hall controll Sensor?

Whats the component or sensor that controls the switching on/off the 2 displays when phone is folded or opened?

I have a phone that don't turn off the inner display when folded but I know both displays are working fine.

I have asked this question on internet,chat GPT and no one knows.

Tried Motorola Razr forums (if they exist)? Other than asking Motorola tech support and presuming a standard answer like submitting phone for evaluation and repair, did you try powering it off completely, then powering up? You might have to perform a factory reset, losing all data unless saved somewhere for backup/restoration (ask Motorola). Either power down/up or factory reset may or may not restore full function, in this case turning off the inside screen when closing the flip phone.
