I recently got an iphone 13 and attempted to reset it. Half way through the reset an error showed up and the phone went back into recovery now when i try to set reset it again its stuck in recovery mode and i have no clue what to do.

download 3utools and install on computer
after you connect on pc with open 3utools there is a button there to exit in recovery mode or you can also flash using retain user data on that 3utools

Have you tried contacting it to iTunes on a Mac or computer/laptop that will let you reset and update the device and solve the problem

I have done that that was the original thing i did but an error occurred\
