I have searched everywhere online but it doesn't really seem to go anywhere. I've looked inside the controller and everything looks fine to me. Not dirty, everything in it's place. All the other buttons work except for the square one.

Hi there!
Usually it's the button circuit membrane that need to be cleaned and otherwise, replaced.

Yeah, seems like I need to replace it. No dirt or debris was in the way and it looked perfectly fine. I also noticed that one of the vibrating motors had missing and broken plates. Thank you!
