All the buttons on the left side are not responding including the, left joystick and, the start and select buttons. I have not try'd anything yet, because I don't wan't to risk breaking them, so give me the no duh answers.

Hi!
Hmm, usually it's caused by the button circuit membrane. This can be fixed by replacing it.
Still, it is weird that the joystick also stopped working, then it does look like it's motherboard related.
First of all, I would replace the button circuit membrane and see how that goes. If this didn't worked, then it's most likely the motherboard..

I just realized the joystick was working, so it must be the circuit membrane like you said.
Yes, then it must be that part! Replacing the circuit membrane would probably fix it!! Good luck with the repair!
