My charger keeps on discconecting

I bought this computer a year ago and when i fist had it i saw that the charger would come off kinda easily but i didnt mind until i kept on getting worse and now every second it comes off and i have to hang the charger up so it gets good connection i checked socket and saw that it wasn't like grabbing the charger good and it was so loose and i dont know what to can anyone help with suggestions please thank you!
