I removed the motherboard for a CPU change, during reassembly I tore off a component, could someone help me identify this component and maybe tell me where I can buy it. Thank you

This a data choke for the Ethernet port. It's identical to the one to the left of the one torn off (not that probably helps much, but just as an FYI)
On the schematic its marked as HCMC0805-4SM and 370 ohm. I haven't been able to find anything that's exact, but if you don't use the Ethernet port you can also get along without this (although I definitely understand wanting to replace it)
