My iPhone 12 pro keeps restarting every 2 minutes
I'm pretty sure it's the charging port. Can someone see if it restarts after like 3 minutes after disconnected. Here's the panic log

That's a big 10-4, good buddy. Charging port it is. The panic log is showing that it can't communicate with sensor PRS0, which we believe stands for Pressure Sensor, connected to the barometric port on the charging port assembly.
So yes, changing out the charging port should indeed fix the problem. Unfortunately, iFixit doesn't have a guide for that specific repair, but there's the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has exactly what you need. As might be expected, the site is in Spanish, but if you use the Chrome browser's language translation it is quite usable.

@cloudincor55933 As it turns out, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro both use the same lightning port assembly, so yes, you can use one from a 12 on your pro.

You're technically supposed to get one that matches the color of your phone, but it's strictly a cosmetic issue so use whatever color strikes your fancy.
