Not detecting my USB cable
I have a cell phone and then every time I plug in the usb cable it doesn't work, it doesn't read
Tried searching YouTube for a possible solution, But this laptop doesn't have window key

No Windows key because it's not running Microsoft Windows, it's a Chromebook meaning it's running the Google ChromeOS operating system, quite similar to the Android OS used on phones.
So if you're searching online, look for ChromeOS or ChromeBook solutions, not Windows solutions.
You have tried a different cable, right? And tried plugging some other device into that same port to see if it's recognized?
