411 appliance is Much2.com now and charges, can someone tell age?

The other link to appliance 411 now sends people to much2.com and they charge for the data. I figure someone here may have an account.

We have an old 70-series Kenmore washer made by whirlpool, and my wife won’t let me sleep until she knows how old it is (other than “really old”) so hopefully someone can help. Decoder sites talk about serial numbers starting with two letters, so I think those are newer.

If I had to guess I’d date it to the mid-nineties or older.
