This phone is 100x slower than a 2014 samsung phone

This phone (its not mine) but it so so slow and laggy even an 2014 samsung phone can even play game like PUBG with all max setting its runs fine,but this phone is not hot but laggy than that phone,it even released on 2022 (which it just old 2 years ago) even i tried to do some simple task like surf the facebook it slowwww,it does not has any virus or full space,i tried to factory reset it,but nothing changes

Do you guys have any solutions to make this piece of crap smoothly??????

Also the phone model is Oppo A17k

And the phone is on the latest version
