Why is my PC running slow and how can I fix it

Well upgrading the HDD to a SSD will definitely give it a boost! Do you know how to do this? Otherwise I can search up for a guide.

Note: Replacing the HDD for a SSD will require a new Windows installation. So back up all your files first before you are going to replace it.

Also upgrading the ram can give a nice boost.
