My laptop is not starting , fan is starting and immediately turning off. What can I do

Not sure if this will help, but on the HP Drivers website on HP Elitebook 830 G6 it mentions about getting stuck in the "HP Sure Start" menu after a Microsoft Cumulative Update, so try rolling back?
