I woke up to my screen being blurry, it didn't fall or I didn't sit on it or anything like that, I think something must have detached or something and my battery seems fine, not swollen or anything

Might you be able to send us a photo of it? The more info we have the better we can help you.
I may also take this moment to remind you, the description of your phone states low-budget. Cheap appliances often spontaneously decide to break.
Do you think the screen might be dirty? Try taking a cloth and putting hand sanitiser or glass cleaner on it and wiping the screen clean with it until it all dries up.
