Frequently connects and disconnects itself when put on charging

My Samsung charge broke a few months back. Now I am using an Oppo fast charger,

but when I put my phone on charging it shows fast charging then cable charging

and finally disconnects itself and again this process continues until put on a specific

position to charge.
