All of a sudden it stopped working and say can not start PlayStation to plug inv controller and push ps button. Then connect a usb storage device that contains the reinstallation file for version 11.50 or later. my power button on console doesnt work so can i install the file if i cant get into safe mode?

A simple trick i have been doing to "bypass" this is to actually just unplug the console 2-3 minutes, to turn it back on, and it should pass through safe mode with breeze.
