My Xbox One Turning Off when I plug my wifi card in

Ok so I repair stuff on my own I'm 15 and I tore down my Xbox for a deep clean and I put everything back and then the power brick shines the yellow light I thought it was something with the power brick but it's not then I removed the wifi card after a few weeks and it powers on and when I try putting the wifi card back in it doesn't boot and then I tried with the power on trying to put the wifi card it just shut off and the power brick started shining yellow now I can only use my Xbox without internet I need help
