Dynabook Toshiba Portégé x20w-D power button blinking white!

Hello,

Does anyone know how to hard reset my laptop? My Dynabook Toshiba Portégé 20w-D power button keeps on blinking white and it won't turn on. I have followed all the instructions to do the power cycle but not helps.

Any suggestions please?
