How can I replace the plastic attachment points that lock-in the band?

I researched this extensively and the only solution I found was to buy a 3rd party silicone band on Amazon, which holds the Fitbit inside without clips You can’t use the heart scan feature without removing the Fitbit from the band, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to having a completely unusable device. I got the black band next day, and it works great! I ordered 2 other bands from different sellers for comparison, but they haven’t arrived yet and will probably be returned because this one is doing the job just fine. Good luck!
