I’m working on fixing my iPhone 13 doing a screen replacement….. I know I’ve done something wrong as when u clamped and pulled up ended here after prying. Any pointers ??

That’s quite odd, did you use heat to melt the adhesive before prying and suctioning the screen? It looks like the screen separated into 2 parts, an updated video showing the inside of the device would make solving problem easier.
