There was an answered question on iFixit that linked to now lost schematics for this monitor, archive.org did not archive the particular page or the pdf and searching online doesn't reveal any useful information, just generic diagnostic pages from dell or the plain user guide.

It's a great monitor. Although it seems like the schematics for that specific model may be difficult to find online. Have you tried reaching out to Dell's customer support for assistance? They might have access to the schematics or be able to provide you with the information you're looking for. It's worth giving them a try!
