The robot gets stuck in the startup routine.
hi everyone,
As usual, when I initiate a cleaning cycle, the robot starts moving away from the base. However, after several attempts, the motor begins to spin more forcefully and then abruptly decreases in speed. At a certain point, the robot displays an error message 3000.
I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Cleaning the LIDAR sensors.
- Performing a system reset.
- Deleting the existing map and attempting to create a new one.
- Ensuring that the head with lasers is free and not obstructed.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am uncertain about the next steps to take.
If anyone in the community has encountered a similar issue or has expertise with Neato robot vacuums, I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations on how to address this problem.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
