every time i want to create my google account or sign in its always showing an error and the google icon is always blue comparing to the other smart phones are white with a G in the middle and the software doesn't want to update, even the it doesn't want to sign in on the Samsung Acccount

It's most likely no longer supported by Google due to the Android version being too old. You could try rooting the device and installing alternative ROM with newer Android version, but be aware that it's not without risks and as this phone is very old, newer versions might not work properly.
