Green Screen now won't turn on

My friend's PS5 crashed it showed him a Green Screen then just turned off it would not turn on if you push the button it would turn on for a second and turn off. I tried a new Power supply still nothing it looks like a motherboard but what things could I try to fix to fix this? I can solder and attempt the soldering repair I have all the equipment.
