I have. Brother MFC-L2750DW. Tried replacing the TN-760 cartridge but no matter what I try the printer tells me “no toner”. Spent an hour on the phone with Brother support with no solution.
HELP, please.

No solution from Brother support might indicate a control board problem. The printer doesn't "see" the cartridge or the toner out indicator.
