The face on my watch started to raise, almost like the battery is ballooning pushing it out...but if i pry it up some, I can't see evidence of that. So thinking the tape lost it's adhesiveness, this is the product I would use to reseal it, right?

So if the battery is the issue you will need to address that first! Review this guide: Apple Watch Series 6 Battery Replacement as far as how to reattach the display assembly. While the guide implies the use of a roll of Tesa tape (which is quite good). It's not what I would use. I would use the die-cut Tesa tape piece so you gain the full liquid protection!

Yeah, I was planning on buying a battery with the tape just in case. None of the guides here do reassembly and before I hit up youtube I wanted to make sure i had the right items to seal things up. Thanks!!!
