Broke MacBook after getting screws out of it
Hi,
I was swapping the logic board from a beat up macbook pro I have into a macbook pro with a good shell and screen, and after dremelling out stripped screws (drilling a cross section so i can pull it out with a flathead) I didnt realize I hit one of the resistors/caps directly next to it. When I start teh macbook, it chimes and the screen turns on, but the broken resistor (whats left of it) turns red hot then the computer shuts off. This is such a stupid way for me to break a macbook because it looks and would work great otherwise and this was gonna be a macbook for me...anyone have any ideas? The resistor is labeled C1200/C1203. Thanks in advance.
