There are options, depending on where you live. I found one on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Deal4GO-Wireless-...) and it appears that someone had the same problem as you, so here are some ideas that were suggested: Source A Replacement WiFi Antenna?

I have replace one on mine Surface pro 4 with Pro 4 1724 X939879/X939878 Gin Tai supplier : WiFi ;found on Amazon. Seems to work fine. Cost was $28.00. Several alternatives available thru searches. Hope this will assist you!!
