Water damaged, Left Joystick and down on the D-Pad not working.

I spilt some water on a table that my Vita was sitting on and some water got into the Vita. I've already taken it apart to let it dry and cleaned around with Isopropyl alcohol. Everything except the left Joystick and down on the D-pad seems to be working. I've tried replacing the joystick and the board but that didnt seem to fix it. Any other ideas of how to fix? Would replacing the power button flex cable help?
