I looked to see if anyone has made a 3D print available of this wheel and didn't find one (my idea being that you could get a service to print you a new plastic wheel--like this fix BCG800XL Grinder Jamming due to Worn Impeller -- that might last at least a while (but probably not be cost effective or durable enough in this application as a long term fix).
