Power supply with battery out still no light or power

there might be something stuck in the battery port where it goes in, try to look for debris

Are you sure that your charger/adaptor has 19 volt on it?

That's quite unfortunate, here are some troubleshooting steps to try

1) Have you checked your port works? You could have debris in the battery port as has been mentioned above

2) If you have access to a multimeter, probe the two power jack point INSIDE the laptop, not at the wall. If they read fine then continue down the list

3) Conduct a visual inspection. Is there anything water-damaged on the inside? Has a cap exploded? etc.

4) if that's all clean, try removing the whole board then plugging in and scan using a thermal camera. If something is shorted this will surely tell you.

5) At that point, it may be best to have a tech inspect it. After all, this does look like a business laptop to me so maybe if it is a business machine, have the tech take a look.

what power adapter are you using? the traditional round one or USB C charger?
