This is a weird problem. My phone's cellular data usually works fine, except when I'm at work on the 24th floor of my office building, it stops working or becomes extremely slow. Even then, in certain areas of the floor it works. I feel like it might be a hardware issue. Can anyone offer any advice?

Yeah a hardware issue, hardware in your office building must be bad.
Indoor cellular coverage has to be separately constructed. An indoor cell base station, RF wires going to various floors and antennas installed on every floor provides coverage. Some floors may not have them or the wires are broken, antennas are blocked, something like that.

But this is only an issue with my phone. My colleagues are not facing the same problem.
@sully50472 Are your colleagues on the same mobile network as you? It may be that the towers for their network are slightly differently positioned, resolving the issue
