With a new fully charged battery it does not work
I have a Vivofit 3. With a new fully charged battery it does not work. Has anyone had this fault and can it be repaired? Thank you

What happens when you plug it into a charger? Is there any indication it is charging? It is possible the new battery was not properly installed.
