Where can I send my oculus quest 2 to be assessed and repaired?
I have troubleshooted and it is still having issues. Where can I send to be assessed and repaired?

If your headset is still within the warranty, you can get an RMA for it. However, there may be situations where the headset is not covered under the warranty. Here is the warranty page
Side note: Instead of sending it back, perhaps iFixit could help? What exactly is going on with the headset that is causing issues? Depending on the issue, it might just be a quick fix or reset

It is not within warranty and have attempted a hard reset also. The device powers on but soon after turns off. It charges fine, it pairs to controllers fine. The reset was successful and the app pairs fine…. But it turns itself off too soon for anything other than reset screen and meta symbol screens
It is only 2mnths out of the year warranty but am not sure what has caused the issue and the only solve we have been offered is to send it in its original box to Hong Kong. I am searching for a nz based repair option.
@karissa91597 can it fully turn on when it's plugged in? Or does it turn off regardless?
